Registration for 2010 membership is now open.  The HSJGA is using a new system and everyone—new and returning—must follow the three steps in order to register. A full and detailed description about the entire registration process is located at the bottom of this page.

1. Click on the “Become a Member” button on the homepage.  On the next page, ignore the top log in box.  Everyone must “Register without a GHIN number”.  On the next page, enter your GHIN number if you have one.  If you don’t have a GHIN number, leave that space blank.  Go on to create a username and password that you will remember.
2. Once you finish entering all of your information, click on “Member Program” to process your 2010 membership payment.
3. After your registration and payment are complete, it’s time to take the Rules Quiz.  Yes, you MUST take the online Rules Quiz every year before you can enter any tournaments!  Click on the “Rules Quiz” button on the homepage, complete the quiz and submit.  You will be asked to provide a password, which is: jrgolf. 

STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION GUIDE

• Click on the “Become a Member” button on the HSJGA website at www.HSJGA.org.
• On the next page, ignore the top log in box.  Everyone must “Register without a GHIN number”. 
• On the next page, enter your GHIN number if you have one.  If you don’t have a GHIN number, leave that space blank. 
• Go on to create a username and password that you will remember (this applies to people that have GHIN numbers and people that do not have GHIN numbers).
• If you are new to the HSJGA and are registering without a GHIN number, you will be issued a GHIN number in your membership packet once your registration and payment are finalized.
• Enter all required information to create an account in the new system.  Please be case sensitive and include area codes with phone contact information.
• Under “Home Club”, identify if you are a member to any other junior golf association, which are: Kauai Junior Golf, Wailea Junior Golf Clinic & Ko’Olina Kidz Club, Ho’Okipa and Po’Okele Groups.
• Click on “Submit” once you finish entering your information.  You will be directed to your personal profile page and will need to sign up for the Membership Program (where you will pay for your 2010 dues).
• Click on “Program Sign Up” from your personal profile page located at the bottom of the left hand column.
• Check the box that applies to you:

o   “Affiliated” means you belong to one of the association that pays dues directly to the HSJGA from their membership dues, which are: Kauai Junior Golf, Wailea Junior Golf Clinic and Ko’Olina Kidz Club.

o   “Non-Affiliated” means that you do not belong to any of the affiliated associations and will be charged the $35 membership fee.

• After creating your new account completing your Program Sign Up, you must take the on-line Rules Quiz in order to start registering for any available tournaments.
• To take the on-line Rules Quiz, go to the homepage at www.HSJGA.org.
• Click on the “Rules Quiz” button and enter the password: jrgolf.
• Enter your full first and last name.
• Take the Quiz.
• You will only be notified if you need to re-take the quiz.
• Once you pass the Rules Quiz you will be ready to register for any available tournaments!  Congratulations!
